Shipping Policy
Following check out, you will receive a confirmation email detailing what location to send your gear to. You are responsible for getting the gear to us.
Upon receiving your gear, we will make sure repairs are done within a reasonable timeline. Currently, repairs are 14-20 days.
At check out, you will pay for a return shipping label. Following the repair, we will return your gear to you and provide a tracking number.
Holidays, weather, and peak shipping seasons can delay your order.
