If you made a repair purchase and do not send us your gear, contact us for a refund.
We do not offer refunds on completed repair services. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the repair service you received, we will evaluate next steps on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank.
