Not sure what repairs your dry suit needs?
Send it to us for a professional wash, pressure test, and patching to restore its performance and extend its lifespan.
Important: Gasket Condition for Pressure Testing
To perform a proper pressure test, all gaskets must be in good condition—no major wear, cracks, or tears.
If your gaskets aren’t in usable condition, you will need to replace them before testing. You have two options:
- Replace them yourself at home prior to sending your suit. Visit our DIY Repair Blog for guidance.
- Pay for a gasket replacement as part of your service.
Our Process
- Garment Wash & Odor Treatment – We clean your suit using a specialized cleaner for waterproof/breathable fabrics and treat it with an enzyme solution to neutralize odors and prevent mildew.
- Pressure Testing & Leak Detection – Once dry, we pressurize the suit and mark any leaks. We also perform a full inspection for additional issues.
- Patching & Repairs – We patch any leaks found during testing. If excessive patching or additional repairs are needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
- Final Touches – Once repairs are complete, we lubricate all waterproof zippers and prepare the suit for return.
We recommend having a dry suit pressure tested and patched annually.
